Why is my order subtotal higher than the cost of my basket? 

Prices shown on products are excl. VAT, then VAT at 20% is added at checkout. 

How long will my order take to arrive? 

Orders take 2-5 working days to be shipped, and will be shipped either 24hr or 48hr tracked, depending on the length of the parcel. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. 

We ask you give yourself enough time when ordering, however if you need your order urgently please contact wholesale@ravenforge.com for assistance.

What shipping service do you use? 

Either Royal Mail 48hr, Parcel Force 24hr or Parcel Force 48hr, depending on size/length of parcel. You will be informed of the service when your shipping confirmation email arrives, along with your tracking details. 

How much is wholesale shipping? 

Shipping to UK mainland is free of charge. Other regions will require a shipping charge which will be calculated at checkout dependent on size and weight of the parcel. 

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for each wholesale order is £350 before VAT. 

What happens if I've ordered an item on backorder? 

The rest of your order will be shipped out ASAP, the backorder items will ship out separately once they are ready to go; you will be informed in advance closer to the time of shipment. 

Where can I sell my Raven Forge goods? 

Good can be sold by independent retailers both online and in-store. Selling via a third-party selling site such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy or Facebook is prohibited. 

How much should I sell my Raven Forge goods for? 

You will be able to find the RRP of all of our products at www.ravenforge.com, but ultimately the pricing you decide upon for resale is up to you. 

Do I have to have a registered business to be a Raven Forge wholesale customer? 

You must either have a physical retail shop/site of purchase, an online retail store, or both. Any queries as to account eligibility, please contact wholesale@ravenforge.com.
